My policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or cancel your order due to the handmade nature of my items and how my shop is run. However; I may be able to offer a partial refund in certain circumstances detailed below.

Returns are not accepted due to the products in my shop being intimate items. Even the items wearable around the neck, wrists and ankles are all intended for intimate use.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned by law. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. I also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* I have not started on your order.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to my error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once you request a cancelation or refund, I will reply to you promptly and the time I take to reply does not apply to the 24 hours you have to request said cancellation or refund. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
By purchasing from my shop you understand that many of my products are custom made to your needs, therefor I often have to purchase supplies fit for your order. If I have already purchased supplies within the 24 hours of your request, you are guaranteed a 50% refund of products and a 100% refund of shipping. After the 24 hours, I have the right to refuse cancelations and refunds and due to the nature of your request I may or may not approve of a refund or partial refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Exchanges (if applicable)
I do not accept exchanges in my shop.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased I am still not required to accept a refund or exchange.

Shipping
If your item is lost, damaged, sent to the wrong address, stolen or goes through any sort of tampering before reaching you I am not responsible. If the Post Office returns a package to me for any reason I am not responsible for refunding or paying to ship it to you again.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for shipping at any time, it is the cost of overcharged shipping.

I am not responsible for customs fees.
